PLEASE NOTE: If you are scheduling an initial evaluation, you must provide your insurance details within 24 hours of booking your appointment. If this is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

POST-OPERATIVE PATIENTS: Please schedule out at least 2x week for 6 weeks after your initial evaluation to comply with your surgeon’s post-operative instructions.

Julia is dedicated to empowering her patients through corrective exercise and manual techniques in order to help them return to what they love doing. She strives to educate each patient to achieve an optimal benefit from physical therapy and to progress independently once the PT journey is completed. She is passionate about assisting women who are pregnant and post-partum and is McKenzie (MDT) Certified. Julia received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University.
