Julia is dedicated to empowering her patients through corrective exercise and manual techniques in order to help them return to what they love doing. She strives to educate each patient to achieve an optimal benefit from physical therapy and to progress independently once the PT journey is completed. She is passionate about assisting women who are pregnant and post-partum and is McKenzie (MDT) Certified. Julia received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University. Ksenia completed her undergraduate education at Bradley University and received her doctorate of physical therapy from Marist College. She strives to provide quality care that is centered around patient goals and has experience treating general orthopedic and neurological conditions. Ksenia specializes in pelvic floor rehab, running related injuries, and is certified in Level 1 dry needling. Her approach is hands-on, collaborative, and rooted in truly listening to each patient’s needs.
